Got to agree with whats already been said, also I don't think those robed legs work, his waist looks way to thin and without robes on his top it looks like a skirt. The banner is way to big in its width and lacks movement. it needs more folds and its hanging parallel to the pole and not straight down as it should be
I really like the armour and head. The banner and skirty thing do let it down. They're quite simple in contrast (which isn't necessarily a problem) but the attention to details like bullet holes (need to look more ragged - a las round would give a nice profile but there would be burn marks on the material) and drapage in the banner, as well as the difference in wear and tear between the armour and the skirt (needs more tearing) just don't marry up. If you'd just made a space marine without the banner (maybe a spear instead) it would have been more balanced and just as effective.
