Looks pretty good to me. I think the white bumps on his skin are meant to be pimples or pustules? I think they look a bit weird being white, with his skin tone maybe they'd look more natural in a darker yellow or a green or something like that?
I think this mini would benifit from a smaller picture. I also think the bells and the medallion are too close in color to the skirt. I like the skin tone its very different.
