the ultra marine lets the whole mini down, a shame as the concept is grate!

Thanks for your comment kire, the pic would be better but all I have is my old mobile phone for that, I appreciate the feedback, the base wasn't my main concern (which I think you can see) it was more an experiment with modification as I've never really tried that before, this is the 3rd mini I have painted since I re-discovered the hobby. I used to work for GW and was even offered a job at their studio at one time... but after I was uncerimoniously dismissed for my "testacle pink" prank I lost interest... it's been about 13 years, and I take your feedback as pretty positive in all, so thanks again XD

I echo kire4276. The whole base, in fact, seems considerably less competently-executed than the principle figure.
