nice composition of parts, it really turned out well.
things I feel that you could improve on, firstly a paintjob can be super awsome and still if the mould lines are visable like on this model it will drag the whole impression down by a lot.
secondly the earthy brown tones is a clean nice color scheme, but both metals and brown looks a little flat so if you would give it av wash of for instance badab blak in the recesses and pull up the brightness by defining the outmost parts of the model with lighter tone of color it would give a whole new depth to the miniature (highlight the edges of things, like metal parts could use some mithril silver for instance and brown whaterver lighter tone you posess at home)
the conversion is good, and the use of a small color pallette is beautiful to look onto (but gice it another layer of depth and highlights) I can see lots of potential here actually, keep this good worrk up and I'm sure you will get a higher rating in a short period of time :)

I'd say the most important thing right now is to take better pictures so we can accurately see what you have done. There are some great guides in the forums. From what I can see, your mini looks great but it's hard to tell. A better pic will raise your scores for sure and allow us to give you better advice. :)
