For a tabletop game this is not a bad figure, plus, when all but the very best paint jobs are blown up on screen their are always faults. If this is your best figure to date, then you have something to better next time and so forth. Keep going and as Kolja said, try thinner paints, better brushes and I'll add try some highlights.
Good choice of colors and quite clean work. However, your colors look very thick - maybe thinning your colors with a little water, and using brushes with fine, stable tips would help work out details like the golden ornaments on the shoulderpads and the hand more cleanly.
