Dwarf Battle Standard Bearer
This is one of my favourite figures from GW Dwarfs, mostly because of it's "come-get-some" stance. :) My Dwarf army is painted in the common "royal blue" colour scheme as on GW box art; I personaly think this very well corresponds to their attitude on the battlefield - disciplined and orderly. To stand out all heroes have heavy red accents (it could be the cape or as in this example the standard) a bit like the Roman legions. Here we chose the BSB to stand out even more, putting him on an old rock, maybe a remains of some ruins or maybe an oath stone, enabling him to rally the troops more effectively.
