Please ignore my post on your other pic saying you should do this, haha. GS work is good man, maybe some more highlights on the armour couldn't hurt. Also the white parts aren't very smooth, I hate painting white, so I cheat a little, I use really light grey paint, used to be called adeptus battlegrey I think before they changed the paint range and only highlight with full white. Leaves a much nicer finish I think. Also try some devlin mud wash, (think they have changed that on us too now, look for a dirty wash) it can often give white a bit of an off and well used colour and highlight it at the same time, you could even use a mixture of Devlin mud over the grey, then re-highlight with the grey on some raised areas and save the white for only the tips of the corners and stuff. Also you mentioned in your other pic that this Chaplain was painted this colour to fit in with your army, the reason they're black is so they stand out, they're a point of moral for the army and the more noticeable they are the better. The very sight of them in combat lifts their hearts and urges them on to fight ever harder, you wouldn't want that to blend in. Also, likely just me but I'm not a fan of the green purity seals, they're supposed to resemble the way they made wax stamps back in the day to seal envelopes and such, red was often used by men of power.
