I know that eyes are the most difficult part, but this dwarf's eyes really detract from the rest of the model. If you can't get them to line up just right, maybe tone down the contrast or make them all brown or something. usually eyes that show whites at the top indicate fear, not fury, and this guy looks like he's reeling back from seeing a snake in the grass.
I think you need more contrast on the cape, however. If you don't want to spend too much time getting the blending just right, lighten up the color intensity (make it more white) to make the model appear farther away where color contrast is not as noticeable, and the cape is old and weathered. Red usually turns somewhat pinkish as it fades.
Nice job overall, and I don't mean to discourage you. It looks like with a little work you can make very good models.
