This is looking pretty good. If I had any advice/criticism, I'd say that you should try to get the skin tone on the arms to match a little more. I don't know if you were going for a shaded look on one of them, but it seems off. Also, you could probably thin your paints a little bit more; I see a little bit of texture in your paint, especially on the seal on the cape.
