Mentor Legion - Elite Cadre - Assult Space Marine Squad
My return to painting Space Marines after about 10 years. The Mentor Legion - Elite Cadre - Assult Squad Kayale. What fired up my insperation was their background story. The Mentor Legion are the battlefield testers and data collectors of the Imperium. This is reflected in my Assult squad in various ways. Mainly the Sergeant is equipped with an asuspex and a byonic eye, one even added to his helmet. The second way is the unusual amount of plasma pistols and their red colour scheme which indicate these as new weapons that are being tested.
