The black airbrush to represent soot and dirt doesn't quite work. Could do with some additional work with other mediums to brake up the model. Perhaps some powders or oil washers ?

Very clean, but you forget to paint some details I see you used an airbrush and there are no OSL-effekts you can do easily with that technik there is no dirt on the tank you did a good paintjob but its unfinished so I rate only a 7.
