Thanks. I think I'll pump up the lowlights/shadows some more. I try to be subtle about shading, but I guess I need to pay more attention to the level of contrast between lowlights and highlights.

good base, clean paint, skin maybe should be painted darker and highlighted, seems to be shadowless
