Goldar the Barbarian
This is a fig I actually use in a DnD 3.5 campaign. He's is an Andoran barbarian, which are winged hawkmen like the ones in the 80's movie, Flash Gordon. I added the wings and spiked chain to fit the character sheet. Thinking of making a second attempt at the wings as I could have done a better job, but rushed it to get him done in time for the game. I have another fig that goes with this for when he is raging.
