Nothing fancy, just the lord, no conversions. Of course, the "real life" mini is better, but this is a scan. Comments ? Oh yeah, those are real bones... :)
Now I think that you have done a pretty nice job with metalics, esp that metalic cape....which is great.... but....I think perhaps there is a need to put more colour on the mini. Perhaps if you want to use all metalics to paint this mini ya can try mixing some other non-metallic paints with metalics to produce metalic paints of the right colour..... then layer the paints and wash with the relevant colour washes to give ur mini more colour.
I love metallics, but sometimes, even if you're going for a metallicy look, regular metallics can be too overwhelming. I like to try and mix the non-metallic equivalent in small proportions with the metallic paint. For example, a ghostly grey with mitril silver.
Anyway, we could use a finer picture to see some of that detail. I know nothing of this so I would defer to ZaPhOd's wisdom. Even still, not bad. Good start.
