Well, the mini is painted to resemble a statue (to be used for mordheim). It is made out of plaster, then scratched with sculpting tool. Black undercoat, gray and white drybrush (with slightly wet brush), and litlle static grass. I will eventually work a bit more on his face, but since it is a terrain piece, i think i wont hurry.
