Incidentally, the red edging of the banner indicates he's a member of third company (I think), but his shoulder pad rims show him to be a veteran of the 1st company...
You need to thin your paints - it looks a bit too thick, which makes the surfaces rough especially in photos this close.
Also, you don't appear to have shaded the armour at all, and have only blacklined a little. The highlighting is severe and limited to edging.
I suggest taking your time and concentrating more on shading/highlighting the armour. Not a bad effort, but needs a lot of work. Fine for the tabletop.
