Dark Young of Shub-Niggurath - Call of Cthulhu
My first miniature after a long hiatus from painting (I prefer painting by natural light in the summer). My idea with the base was a muddy flat with puddles forming in the creature's footprints. Some of RAFM's CoC minis are rather difficult to assemble. This is one of them. As it was, the parts didn't align well, leaving huge, gaping holes. I addressed the issue with a bit of chewing gum! That said, I like the sculpt itself.
