Absolutely beautiful mini to paint, couldn't decide whether I liked this or the Goblin Shaman the most, shaman is so tiny that photographing him proved pretty tricky though :(.
I'm not against blood splatter like some people, but I think that you should put it all over the model without overdoing it. It doesn't make sense for him to have so much blood on the axe and his mouth but none on his body. Also, you could weather it a little, meaning that you make some dried and some fresher.
