Witch King on Fellbeast

My first dragon type mini. Still feel it's not quite complete but not sure what more to do, any tips/ideas would be appreactiated. Also any tips in general to improve my painting would be great as I'm always trying to get better with each one. Think I've learnt a bit more about blending from painting this mini hopefully I can try to improve.

Wow thanks so much for the input that's fantastic! You've definitely got me wanting to repaint most of those areas you've mentioned now. I have a few projects I'm doing but keep an eye out for it at some stage :)

For instance like chains said if you want something quick to change up the monotony in a flash pain the the tounge pink/ red . And the nails some kinda bleached bone or beige! You could also mix and match techniques ,along with the very good blending you've done , now edge highlights where you'll use the bmiddle body of the brush tip to outline the edges. For e.g. The long blade like scales maybe a ghisly or codex grey mixed with beige. And the copper helmet use Mithras silver to edge highlight those. Certain textures call for certain techniques like fur and scales use dry brushing etc. so anytime there are razor thin edges , and all minis have some kind, prepare to edge highlight. Now go do these that I've instructed from the tounge to the edge highlits and repost. Then you'll see a huge difference! Go ahead bud try it. I guarantee it!;)
