not enought for 8 IHMO something is missing, especially the wand it is just so mundane, also the skin could be a little bit brighter , perhaps one or two more lighter layers.
Her face is an 8, what a beautiful, intense look you have achieved. And this may sound strange, but I also really like the way her neck turned out. Her hair also looks nice, if you dry brushed, good job, if you didn't, kudos! However, the highlights on the purple of her dress are a little harsh in places, especially over her right leg. The highlighting on the blue is much smoother. Other than that, I noticed the metal bands at the end of her scepter. They look like they need some sort of dark lining, either dark brown or black, to draw them out a bit more. Also, the back of the head of the scepter looks roughly dry brushed, not as good as the front. Nice job overall! :)
