High Elf Blood Bowl Team
My first upload - let me know how to improve! CONVERSION - Linemen: Dark Eldar shoulder pads & legs with 40k detail filed away. HE archer torsos with sash filed away. HE spearman arms and heads. Scratchbuilt face guard. Blitzers: same as above but with Lion Warrior torso+cloak. Catchers: HE rangers legs, spearmen torso and arms. One has an archer's head the other a chariot rider's. Thrower: Dark eldar legs, spearman torso, lion warrior pointing arm, spearman right arm, and chariot rider helmet. PAINTING - Based on the Chicago bears. Tried to emphasise the "football" aspect of fantasy football. First attempt at NMM. Had to rush the last bits - I guess you all know where I'm coming from - started the bases at 2am night before the 2012 Blood Bowl GT. DECALS - Used them for printed parts - numbers, Orcidas sponsor and team logo on the helmet - they're called the "Luenwe Falcons" hence the logo. Had to get the images, alter and resize (simply using paint and word) before printing on transfer paper. As they'd be printed in "real life" this seemed appropriate. These guys won the painting at the 2012 Blood Bowl GT. Still a long way to go to becoming as good as I want to be - advice please!!
