@Phoulmouth i think that theres so much greyness and dullness in this mini in order to portray some routine, monotony of life or some kind of sorrow. If you realize this mini turn out fascinating and very well done, contrast and cheesy effects are needless, some subtle painting colorably boring can do the job. Almost monochromatic colours create here maginifcent atmosphere. Think of it.

The painting is gorgeous, its just all so.... monotone. Where is the contrasts? Very drab and boring.
