I like what you have done with this mini. He looks like your other black orcs and not like the Morglum Necksnapper (like my black orc do). And I see a small conversion with the sword, why dont you write that down in the info?
And the banner look good to, where did you get the idea fore it?
The photo is a little blurry, the mini have some rough spots and the base is very simple so I can only give it a 7. But it is a strong 7;)
