The red really works, but I'm not so sure about the purple. The style is excellent, and the painting is well done, but the contrast just doesn't do it for me, the purple is just too out there, too vibrant and clean for the rest of the mini. Overall rating though, 9.65

I like the tome. Adds character. I'm amazed at the quality of painting these days....sure has come a long way since I was a kid. Being able to see people's work from all over the globe sure ups the game for new painters.
