This is pretty good. The only problem I've got with it is that the colors of his weapon and his skin are too close...maybe use a darker brown for the wooden parts of the weapon. Also, you should post a picture of the back.
If you were trying for an asian skin tone, I think you've struck on the correct shade of flesh.
Some constructive criticism...there are fairly obvious mold lines on the right and & 3-section staff. 5 minutes and a 3mm file will fix this. Just one easy fix that will greatly improve your mini!
