You've painted a wonderful face, especially the dark circles around his eyes! The highlighting on the black is good, except for that center seam; the highlighting's a little harsh on that edge. I also like the look you have acheived with the metals. The grass on the base is a little bright, try very VERY lightly dry brushing on a different color, like goblin green or dark angels green if you're feeling brave! Nice! :)
