Space Marine Sabre Tank Hunter Pre Heresy Imperial Fist Vindicator
Part of my Pre Heresy Imperial Fist Army. The Sabre Tank Hunter is a varient of the Vindicator with a longer barrel. Using the new rules in Forge Worlds betrayal I can use it as a upgrading Vindicator. The crewman is from Forge Worlds Space Marine Tank Crew set, the Rhino chassis has been beefed up and made pre Heresy. The gun itself is a large conversion using the Imperial Guard leman russ Destroyer tank hunter. The model itself was painted just like the rest of the army. Yellow base colours were applied with a airbrush, the details picked out and then heavy weathering was applied using a sponge, weathering powders and the hairspray method from Imperial Armour Volume one.
