I think the conversion is nicely done, but the painting is in some places not so good. The freen on the downed necron is good, as is the blue on the gun and beam, but the red on the "living" necron doesnt seem to be par with the rest. Nice idea btw with the necron taken the gun from the fallen instead of using its own.
