Thanks for the feedback! It was sort of an experiment in adding some height to the base, and, as you noticed, it didn't come out great. I'm pretty happy with the paintjob, but the base definitely represents a lesson learned.
The entire model is blatantly diagonal. It is easy to see that you made the base and then glued the model to it without any re positioning. This model would have been fairly easy to re position via the waist/abdomen if you have a jewelers razor saw. The paint job IMO is a 7 but i am deducting a point for the failed basing.
