Thank you, First off i make everything from scratch using simple materials like cardboard and pva glue, detail i add with some embossed plasticard and the odd straw, anything that can do a detail job can and will be used, when i am happy i produce a mold using the best silicone rubber and this allows me then to cast walls, floors, colums etc seperately to make whatever layou that takes my fancy.
the cast materials is either one of a plaster one called crystacal alpha k and the other modell, the final look is exactly the same and it also makes the whole set quite cheap to produce whilst at the same time the look is very realistic. I have had some visitors to my little workshed and the comment from them all is that the photos don't do it justice, this is something i have always said, on a scale i would say in the flesh so to speak they look 50% better and more detailed/realistic.
This set i sold as pictured so hopefully in a month or two i can get some painted pics, when the buyer sends them to me, i will post themwhen i get them.
