Its good, but a have a few pointers. 1) The base seems to be painted either by another person or in a bit of a hurry, in conparison to the mini itself. 2) You have painted the leash that keeps the faceplate in place, the same colour as the skin. 3) I believe you could have placed at least 1 more highlight on the edges of the skin at places like soard etc. Keep up the happy painting.
