Thanks. Those are guts and worms. There weren't any special purpouse for that but imagine that tose are guts that left from his oponent or those could be hes lord's corpse as he defend it or it could be chaos living base. This belongs to general chaos theme I've started doing recently on some models, especially on nurgle ones. Check my gallery for some Nurgle Warrior Fillers or Nurgle Ogres.
