I think you'd get a higher score with a better photo - there's a JPEG halo around his head and torso, and I imagine it's making the paint job look messier than it really is. His sword looks almost wavy, and the lute strings are mangled. I find the colour scheme is realistic, rather than eye-catching. The freehand is a nice touch.
