Striking! A couple small changes (imho) would make it an 8 or 9: More contrast with the basing. Black bevels on base. Brighter eyes, yellow-green, maybe. Change weapon colors for more contrast. Still a very nice piece!

I agree about the eyes, and I'd extend it to the mouth. It looks too dry and kind of like the guy is yawning.
