You have the basics down, neatness and accurate brushwork you just need to work on shadow placement and highlights. In 28mm scale the contrast between the two needs to be exaggerated to get a better viewing. Drop into the forums and join in the works in progress threads there's a lot to be picked up from there and good advice given from some high level painters. :)
