This was my most succesful GD entry to date - a Gold at this years UK GD. This picture showsa few of the details around the diorama - it's not an easy one to photograph! In all it took about 200hrs. There are 43 figures in it, and all the scenery is scratchbuilt (except for a couple of windows & a doorway). I'll try to post a decent overall shot soon. Paul Capon

This was a very deserving win! Totally breathtaking when seen in person. Didn't notice all the purpley stuff before now though.. funny :)

Well done! Who am I to criticise the over-use of purple?? :) Great stuff!! I like the side shot especially with the backs of the men at arms in the forground and the bone giant in the back ...
