I would rate it 8.5.
The weathering steps you did turned out amazingly well, great job also on the modulation technique (never seen it horizontally approached before, but it works just fine).
What I am missing a little bit would be a color contrast - the lenses could have been blue, for example.
Overall, however, one of the top 5 rhinos on CMON.
