This is a Worm Grub by Troll Forged that I entered into Massive Voodoo's Bananalicious contestm, which had a category named "Banana!" which featured works that had something to do with bananas. So I got a worm, painted it yellow, and stuck it inside a real banana and placed it in a bowl of fruit.
