I found this figure recently. It said "Ral Partha 1994" on the bottom, but I am unfamiliar with it. Does anyone know if it was from a set or a given line of their miniatures?

Ral Partha was one of the Great Old names in miniature manufacturing, if I remember well they closed on 2000.
