It might be a quite good and satisfying paint job. Perhaps, at least the sign on his chest could need some contrast.
In general, the pic's quality is so bad and partly out of focus, it won't achieve a good rating. Try to make a better photo (best a couple of them from all sides of the mini) and re-post.
