well from this picture is a bit complicated to guess what could be the probelm. But for example there are spot in the beard that you forgot same for the vest borders. Did you keep the natural metal as color of the robe? (you could use a metal paint to have tahta effect)
But seem taht you have a nice taste for details (eyes) so is just matter of exercise and you'll improve yourself for sure :)
