Colossus
The pose of Thomas David's Ajax inspired me to do a "Colossus of Rhodes" type scene. Most of the buildings and boats are carved from hard plaster with wire for the masts and kitchen foil for the sails. The dolphins are little bits of putty proded into something resembling the right shape and all in all it was a fun piece. The whole of Thomas David's AGORA range are available on their own website.
