Its a solid start. The soot on the exhaust is a bit heavy, but you could just dry brush or spray over it with some dark brown to give it some modulation. Nice battle damage, but remember to keep your highlights on the bottom edge of each chip.
Nice first attempt! I like the high lightshades of blue/white and the battle damage is good. The soot on the smoke stacks looks a little heavy handed to me though :) Mud looks great!
