Wow! A tough crowd to please. This may not be especially over-the-top-jaw-dropping-incredible, but it's a VERY solid effort, with your face work especially outstanding. Nothing to be ashamed of here, that's for sure. Keep up the good work, and maybe just try putting in a little more time on your highlighting (if that's that important to you; more detail through scratch work, free-hand painting or kit-bashing certainly wouldn't hurt.) -- BUT! There is certainly nothing to be ashamed of in displaying the model, and especially not fielding this sergeant for battle. If his battle brothers look as nice?
