For 17 years old this is not a bad attempt. You have a good idea on how to NMM paint but if you will try adding more water to your paint mixes it will blend so much easier for you. The black mustache is a nice addition to the model. I can tell you were trying to give it some of its own character. The tattoo's look great! For the finger/toenails try starting with a light brown and working your way up to a bleached bone color. Other than that keep up the good work!
