Try thinning your paints a lil more with some flow improver or paint thinner! It will give you a stroke free coat and eliminate the choppiness and rough layers ! Otherwise really cool!
In my opinion work deserves a much higher average. I see that you put in it a lot of work and time and you used many painting techniques, such as NMM or a lot of free hands.
