Reaper Fire Giantess
I've had this figure for a year and did not attempt to do anything with her. I wanted to stick with D&D colors, black skin and red hair and I wanted to do a bronze armor, which when polished can be a bright silver or brass, but normally looks like a brownish brass. The pose of the figure is exccellent, combining feminity with insolent aggressiveness. The black skin was a real problem, I highlighted it with a black /blue mix and gave her blue lips to establish them. I was trying for Non metallic metal effect on the armor, and am improving but still have a ways to go. The leg and chest piece would be heavy bronze, while her scaled cape and spear would be steel. The base is wood, the floor being small square bits of wood painted a white with green streaks to resemble marble. It was coated with a resin to give it a shiny smooth finish. I could have worked longer on her, but did not know what to do that would improve her. At a certain point you need to stop and move on, or you will never finish a project.
