Assassination of Lady Desdemone by Shanys l'Ombre
Hi all, I've been a fan of this website for a while, well, since early January of this year, when I started painting. As such, after having painted the miniatures from Cadwallon: City of Thieves, and getting some more Rackham minis, I think I've improved my skills, but they're far from the perfection I've seen here. Painting faces is still pretty much a nightmare for me, although it's become easier when I finally got a large magnifying glass a few days ago, which has helped me paint even some eye shadow on Desdemone :-D Also, this is my first mini diorama piece. The bulk of it is made from modeling plaster (three different pieces glued together with two-part epoxy), which was then covered in green stuff for the details. I added a few Lego bits (that my son kindly gave me) and clock parts, cardboard for the roof tiles, along with a few elements I bought from Thomarillion (which is a great terrain building shop, that I'm not affiliated with, mind you).
