Thanks for your comment! Yes, as you've already figured out I'm mostly a player so I striked for tabletop quality. I'll try do to better with highlights next time.
These faces look quite nice. Although you have scored low (tabletop quality) It looks like you are a player so it doesnt matter too much. If you want to improve your painting your first stop should be looking at the way you use colour. Your scheme is too dark, make your highlights stronger and add some basing material that is brightly coloured if you want to keep your theme so dark. I like these fellas.
