And yet another one... This is one of the Thallions for the Griffons fraction of Rackham's Confrontation game. They are elite warriors, equipped with only the best the Griffons have. And they are scouts. I hate them when they appear in an opposing force... I tried to keep this mini in a rather simple colour scheme and at the same time decided to give it a clerical touch, thus the monk-ish colours. Scorched Brown from Citadel was used here, shaded with black and highlighted with various glazes of brown and white. His yellowish-white clothing is based on Bleached Bone, shaded with Bubonic Brown and highlighted with white. The writing is rather straight-forward: A black stripe was painted and its edges corrected with brown, folds were highlighted with Crimson Gore, letters were written with Blood Red and the connection points highlighted with orange and yellow to achieve a burning or lava effect. Hope you like it, it already won me a golden fairy at FeenCon 2003 in Bad Godesberg, Germany. CU Thomas
